Business & Consulting
Azavista is an innovative, easy-to-use, and free-of-charge online group travel and eRFP platform connecting planners, agents and hotels. We make group travel easy. Currently, planners can send requests for proposals (RFPs) to hotels to negotiate their group accommodation. We just launched our delegate manager and eContracting modules, so the planners and hotels can continue the planning process after their booking is confirmed.
What's your vision?
We need a newsletter design for our group travel platform. You can use filler text for now, as our text will change each time. It will target both planners, travel agents, and hotels. We are thinking the newsletter should have: The date A link to the previous newsletter (if applicable) The most recent Blog or news/press release A nice header image (could be the same or could change depending on the newsletter) A link to our Facebook and Twitter Contact information At the top of the newsletter, "To ensure delivery to your inbox (not to bulk or junk folders) and automatic loading of graphics, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book" Also add somewhere, "If you are having trouble viewing this email click here to view in your internet browser." Also an "unsubscribe" or "Opt-Out" link We are open to suggestions on the number of columns - we just don't want it to be too long. We want it to be catchy and flashy, but still reflect who we are and what we d o.
We can do the programming of the newsletter ourselves, but just want to find a friendly design (one that will not get caught in SPAM filters, etc.)
