Over the past 16 years Dottie Lessard has proven to the world that transplants do work! She underwent a life saving double lung transplant in 1994 and an equally critical kidney transplant in 2002.
At 6 weeks old, Dottie was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis and doctors told her parents not to expect her to live past 2 years of age. When Dottie reached 2 years old, doctors told her parents she would not make it to first grade. Dottie had a better idea. Today, at 43, Dottie is one ferocious athlete with an insatiable appetite for life with every intention to compete in athletics and in life at the highest level possible. She has defied all odds. Dottie has won several Gold Medals in the U.S. Transplant Games, carried the Olympic Torch through Boston and has been acclaimed as one of Boston’s Exceptional Women of the Year. Bryant Gumble of HBO Real Sports featured Dottie on his show after following her for two years while Runner’s World Magazine honored her with their prestigious “Heroes of Running Award”. She has been featured in other sports magazines as a “Top Inspirational Athlete”.
Dottie considers it a miracle to be alive. Her first book was released with high praise on May 26, 2010 titled ”Seven Letters That Saved My Life” (available on http://www.amazon.com & http://www.barnesandnoble.com )

I really love my logo from my old website: http://www.conceptcage.com/DottiesW…index.html
Recently we have updated the site but need the logo to corrospond with the new look. New site address: http://www.dottielessard.com
It is important to me that the words "Live Life Fully" remain in the logo.
The only aspect of the logo that I would like to see change aside from the color scheme is the two heart shapes at the tail of the phoenix. I would like them removed. The end result being a sharp logo that is congruent in quality with my new site and color scheme.
I would like to have the following high res files if possible:
and specifically an image that fits in the top left of the new site where it currently has a stock logo and says "Synthetik". As a part B of this project, I would like the updated logo and then my name "Dottie Lessard" next to it in a way that would plug right into that part of the site.
PS If I really like the work there are a lot of projects I will be needing design help with in the near future!
PPS due to some questions we've gotten we're game for logo redesign submissions in addition to what was originally asked for, if this gets competitive we'll up the prize again.
