How Bryan Johnson started their other graphic design journey
Infusion Strategy, LLC
We are a healthcare services company that is developing a web application (software) to deal with the increasing burdens being placed on the actual providers of healthcare services. Specifically, the nurses that are providing patient care. The nurses and support staff are burdened with so much paperwork, red-tape, and bureaucracy, that they have little time to devote to the patient. They in fact, protect the patient from this burden by handling the workload so the patient can access the nurse’s services.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The general public, and large healthcare entities - Insurance companies, government healthcare departments, and regulatory bodies.
We want to illustrate to them that they are getting in the way and burdening the system as a group. They think that individually they are helping, but in reality - all of their efforts combined are getting in the way.
A high-quality graphic ad depicting the problem as a picture. Must use real-life photography - stock photos fine and they may be altered, but no illustrations or cartoons. Quality should be that of a time-magazine cover.
I have extended the contest by a day and added some comps for additional ideas.
Insurance companies, Medicare, Government Regulation, and oversaturation of information in the form of marketing, medication information, research studies, etc from big Pharmaceutical companies is putting a high-burden on the care giver - the nurse.
The nurse must comply with all of this "help" (too much help of course) and wade through the paperwork and checklist in order to do a fairly simple task and treat the patient with their medication.
We are leaving creativity up to the artist to create an image that depicts this issue with little or no words.
This is also a tryout for our company as we are looking for a contract artist to perform many of these projects for our companies.
