Story writing with friends app

Games & Recreational
A multiplayer story writing game that only allows each player to enter a few words at a time when it's their turn. Each player takes a turn, then the next player takes a turn after that, etc. Eventually a story is formed. To see how the flow of the game is, I recommend logging into the website, either joining a public story, or creating your own private one with friends.
As you can see from the website/attached screenshots, I currently have a blue and white theme, with pink highlight. I'm happy for this to change if you feel it is better suited for the game. The wireframes attached are just a guide. If you have ideas to make it better, feel free to be experimental. This is meant to be a fun game, so it doesn't have to conform to the standard boring iOS or Android appearances. The game will look the same on both devices, as long as it doesn't break the app store rules.
Words at a Time
The "Login" (5) screen asks the user for registration or login details either with a social button, or email and password. Once a user is logged in (5), they are greeted with the "Play" (1) screen. This screen has navigation to move to "Play" (1), "Shop" (4), and "Account". The "Play" screen has a list of stories the user is in, as well as functionality to create a new story. There is also news and tips. At the moment these are shown as "cards" but I'm happy to see other suggestions. When tapping on a story, the "Story" (2) is shown. This starts off with a story with a few words, then over time can grow to be massive with many pages worth. When it is the player's turn, they need to add a certain amount of words to the end of the story. They also have the option of using an item while taking their turn. Once the player has submitted their words, a popup is shown describing how much gold they have earned and any bonuses given. In the story screen, there should be a way to go to the "Story Journal" (3) screen. This has past events of the story, and also includes a chat where the player can chat to other authors of the story. From the main navigation, there is also the "Shop" (4), which lists all items the user can purchase, and how many items of each they have.
