The Andon Message Center screen and Andon Broadcast center screen is designed to be a “help desk” ticket system for a manufacturing plant.
A user can create a new Andon help ticket and provide details such as:
Date/Time – automatically created when the record is created or updated
Andon Type (pull down menu options)
Issue Reason (pull down menu options)
Production line affected (Pull down menu options)
Work area affected (pull down menu options)
Help Needed (pull down menu options)
Resource needed (pull down menu options)
MO # - data entry
Parts needed – data entry
Unit quantity – data entry
Andon Status Pull down menu options)
Description – data entry note field
The app can be configured to use all of these fields or some can be hidden from use
Records can be created from desktop, tablet or phone
Records can be updated from desktop, tablet or phone
The ANDON Broadcast Center screen is designed to be displayed on large overhead flatscreen TVs in a digital kiosk mode.
Note: This project involves the entire work scope defined in the design document.
