Our client requires an annual journal designed for a specific purpose.
This must be laid out in a very visual function, similar to the planner found here:
Sections will include:
Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 etc clearly listed
Date/day space for user to enter date
Different positive affirmation listed at the top of each page
1 box for morning body weight
1 lined section for am gratitude list (big enough for 20 hand written items
1 section for 3 biggest goals they want to accomplish that day, in order of importance
1 box for completed water intake for the day
1 box for steps taken that day
1 box for exercise completed
4 boxes for Macro Nutrients (carbs, protein, fat, fiber)
1 lined section for 5 accomplishments (List your wins! What went right today)
Yes/No check boxes
Did you reach goal #1 (if no, move it to next page)
Did you reach goal #2
Did you reach goal #3
Where do I need support moving forward.
What was today's big lesson?
1 section for pm intention setting for tomorrow
Mod category with icons of different smiley faces for them to choose from.
Final section is a streak tracker similar to the image on example sent.
Every 7th page is going to be slightly different, in that it will have measurements boxes
