The cannabis leaf may or may not be right for this campaign. Designs that make use of the icon will be considered, but we'd also like to see those that don't. If a leaf is used, we'd like to see it done tastefully and maturely, or even used surreptitiously / sneakily.
Since this will be used to raise money for political candidates, we are also interested in designs that reference vintage political campaigns somehow.
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the logo and hosted website?
The website will be used primarily to sell t-shirts and communicate via blogging. A simple landing page with navigation: ABOUT; ecommerce SHOP; and a BLOG is pretty much all we need.
To begin with we'll have just one product. As we grow we expect to add more tshirt designs, but it's unlikely that we'll be selling anything but tshirts that support the cause.

Homepage: an image of the product that links straight to the shop. About: Info about our mission and current drug policy issues in Hawaii. Shop: a simple ecommerce page. Blog: nothing fancy, just a place to communicate news & events.
