darbychristian got their new logo design by running a design contest:
"Trivago style site" for filtering reviews needs a logo
Check out darbychristian's Logo design contest…
Utterreviews.com is a app that aggregates millions of reviews around the web from a variety of sites to help consumers find helpful information written by reviewers that match their criteria. Utter does not write reviews but links users to their source such as bloggers, review sites like the New York Times, Zagats, Home advisor, VRBO, etc. Users can filter to find reviews that meet their needs. ”show me only reviews with videos”, “only professional reviews”, “reviews from people under 25”, "written by single moms only", "kosher eaters only"etc. Think Trivago for reviews. Here are three examples of search results; a book, Mexican restaurant in Miami and a flat screen TV. Linking on the graphic takes you to the review source. While the site is utterreviews.com, we would like to focus on the word utter. It may have other words added to it in the future like uttereats or utterNYC but it needs to stand out on its own and may be used in an app icon button.
San serif fonts are a preference. Open to any color combinations. Please focus on the word "utter", the font treatment and/or incorporation of any graphic element. Icons we like that could be incorporated include: word bubble, sound waves amplifying Other words may be added at a later date to the word "utter" like "uttereats", 'UtterNYC", etc. The world of reviews needs a logo!!
