kerryhudson got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Tea House Salon Bistro Logo (the old fashioned kind of salon)....
Check out kerryhudson's Logo design contest…
A tea house/salon which is part of a larger holistic, progressive health center which has doctors, bodywork professionals, etc. The tea house will also sell a light selection of food, coffee and spirits. (Note: this is a salon in the sense of what the word meant a century ago, a meeting place, a center for social gathering for education, conversation, etc. It is not a salon is the sense of getting a haircut.)
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: Aquas (Empathy, compassion, clarity and precision.) Greens (Growth, harmony and success.) Let designers make suggestions
We'd like a design with a bit of Asian aesthetic to it, but also a fairly modernist and clean presentation. Think Frank Lloyd Wright's Tokyo work, although not direct derivative of this. OR: as this is meant to be a progressive meeting point, social center for health care and related issues (meetings, documentary screenings, etc.) as well as a place for artisan brewed teas, coffees, craft coctails and small plates, it could be evocative of the Parisian and Viennese Salon movement of the late eighteen and early nineteen hundreds. Or both. Additionally, it will be a sister enterprise with Haven Medical, so we would also like it to play nice with Haven Medical's mark (see attached), but again, not too overtly. The logo can be based around: "T:NWS" and then, below it, actually have the full words: "T: New World Salon" Or not. Clientele will be (over) educated, sophisticated, affluent...
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at HK$2,399.
