About us

Starting a hobby blog (using Storytime Pro on Wordpress.org) showcasing my work writing speculative fiction, poetry and book reviews. Planning to use a clean site, no background, with minimal menu and want a logo/stylized font for the splash page and top header on the main page. The blog name is 'Words of the Willow'. Ideally the logo should be a willow tree (ethereal, impressionistic, but not creepy). May incorporate the Green Man (see an example attached). Font (Words of the Willow) should reflect the branches, or match the tone of the logo. I prefer Earth tones to bright colors, but I'm open to seeing all options.

C monogram logo for visual effects company

I love creating unique monograms so used this approach for Colony Visual Effects. As company is working on visual effects and making impossible stuff, possible, I decided to play with C, made with Escher-esque approach creating bending letter with impossible geometry theme. It works really great with subtle gradient giving this effect another dimension, but it works really great in single color as well. I took extra effort and created couple mockups showing this design used in various situations and in the end payed of.
