inside fights is a combat sports supersite focusing on coverage of mixed martial arts (ufc) and boxing.

it is a subsection of inside pulse, an all-around entertainment/pop culture website.

i've attached the current inside fights logo (which we do not like) and the new inside pulse logo launching in a few weeks

inside pulse is gearing up for a revamped logo and branding overhaul, with the new logo here:

we're looking for a new logo look and feel, separate from inside pulse, that is male-focused and bold. we're looking for something with darker colors - black, grey, blue - with a striking font. in addition to the phrase 'inside fights' we'd like to have an icon that we can use for branding and on-site purposes, something that is either directly related to combat sports or an abstract mark that invokes that type of imagery.

please be creative! we're looking for something clean, polished and professional but outside the box and non-typical.
