New sleepwear brand needs a great logo

Blackmoby

This is an indoor lifestyle brand. It will produce and sell mostly -but not only- sleepwear.

It's an ecommerce brand that will focus on comfort but also in a relaxed and also sophisticated type of clothing.

The audience will be mostly women between 25-40y/o, but we will also sell male pajamas for the same age group, so a gender neutral logo is advised.

We feel that the Blackmoby brand logo should be relaxed and sophisticated, but we are open to suggestions.

The name, blackmoby, is very important since it demands that a black sperm whale has to be incorporated in the logo design, but it HAS TO BE IN AN ABSTRACT -NON LITERAL- WAY. Please: don't draw a perfect black whale (but do indeed include one, if it makes sense, and make it black). Even though the whale or its suggestion must be black, there is no need for the whole logo to be b&w, feel free to experiment with colors.

Please don't draw a cartoon.
Please don't draw any whale or representation of a whale that isn't black.

this is a good exercise: check the sleepwear brand Lunya (http://www.lunya.co) or the pictures we're uploading for reference: the logo should look great in those clothes.

Designers are encouraged to think OUTSIDE-THE-BOX and explore concepts you might not pitch to corporate clients.

The Blackmoby logo will primarily be used for the clothing itself as well as on our website and social networks, and the brand logo will be one of the primary ways we distinguish our products from the competition (usually pajamas don't have logos).

We're making pajamas and other sleepwear that you'd be proud to be seen wearing if someone knocks the door.

The logo must be an ORIGINAL design created specifically for Flying Blackmoby and not incorporate existing material (i.e. no clipart, stock, or elements designed for another contest or client, etc).

You can feel free to use Blackmoby or blackmoby and even black moby if it helps you achieve a better result.
