Just in Time Care (JITC)
We are looking to roll-out/formally market our program nationwide. Our goal is to become for-profit and to provide backup care solutions for small to medium corporations/companies throughout the US. Launched by The Family & Workplace Connection on January 1, 1995, Just in Time Care is a national backup dependent care program that links individuals with backup care options no matter where they live. Options include child care centers, family child care homes, school-age programs, centers for mildly ill children, adult day care centers, and in-home care. Individuals can also choose their own backup care providers, including friends and family members. An employer subsidy, managed by JITC, helps offset the backup care costs. Employers contract to offer the program to their employees as a benefit, pay an operations fee for the service, and provide JITC with subsidy money to cover their portion/percentage of backup care costs. JITC pays the backup care providers (or reimburses the employees). The employer chooses the level of subsidy and the subsidy cap. It’s a win-win situation. Employees have peace of mind knowing that their children or adult relatives are being well cared for. Businesses have more productive employees who can focus on work without the worry.

We are tarketing decision makers in companies who will be the catalysts for getting approval for, or actually approving the implemetnation of our program within their company.
We are focusing on small to medium size companies/corporations such as pharmaceutical, finance, higher education, research & development, legal, manufacturing industries, etc. We will also be promoting that our program can be used as an "add on" for those larger Fortune 500 companies who are using another provider for on-site corporate sponsored day care.
Want to incorporate the feeling of "a backup care solution that reaches all employees child/adult care needs".
Do not want cartoons, stock or clip art.
Want a professional, but not stuffy, feel to the logo.
Need to keep the annonym --JITC-- since it has already been designated for new web-sites, telephone #'s etc.

(NEED to REMOVE the word ADVANTAGE - since it is being used currently by a competitor).
Want to remove the telephone diagram as shown in the current logo since telephones of the past are becoming obsolete.
Our "niche" in the market is that currently we are the only company that provides the option for employees to use family and friends for care reimbursement.
Would like to keep the color scheme turquoise blue/dark blue to "blend in" with our Agengy colors for "Children and Families First". However this is not crucial. Please see the website http://www.cffde.org
