We develop and install large scale battery solutions for electric utilities. (By large, I mean really large, as these batteries are about the size of a 40 foot shipping container.) These batteries allow the electric utilities to incorporate more renewable energy from wind and solar, storing the energy for later use when the sun isn't shining and the wind isn't blowing.
