My name is Cormac McNamara. I'm one of the owners of Salonaddict.com which is a new start-up e-business. I have run successful internet start-ups before and want Salonaddict.com to be an international success with a focus on Europe, the US, Australia, South Africa, Russia and more.

Women & Men from 16 - 45 (mainly women). The target is the most frequent hairdressing & beauty salon goers - the "salon addicts". They are used to eye-catching advertising from fashion brands so I want something that is able to grab their attention. Also it is imperative that they understand that it is a web site, so the ".com" part of the name must be visible.

Please look at the attached logos. I'm looking for something with some rock n' roll flair like these! Something that will look very cool on a window sticker or a business card.

The site is an area for all hairdressing and beauty salons to advertise and market their services and goods to women and men (mainly women). I need something very eye-catching, fun, cool and memorable. It also needs to stand out, as I will be making stickers for salon windows. Stickers will have a clear background so the logo will have to jump out! It needs to be a unique logo because I want to trademark it to stop anyone using same. I will also be launching an aggressive advertising/marketing campaign using the logo on a lot of merchandise like t-shirts, flyers, stickers, TV ads and salon equipment. Bear in mind that payments are taken for a wide range of goods on Salonaddict.com, so it is not just a marketing portal - it's a place to shop and pay.

I am thinking of pink, silver, black varieties (maybe pink on white background) but I am absolutely wide open to anything creative from a good designer.
