We design and deliver transformational learning facilitations, workshops and process management tools for Business to Business Sales organizations for better revenue generation.

While we do learning facilitations in Presentation Skills, Negotiating Skills, Coaching skills etc. and also run meetings, consult on sales leadership and management as well as directing the Masters Certificate in Sales leadership at the Schulich School of Business, our core competency is transformation of individual sales people, their management and their organizations in the Business to Business space. We do this in the framework of the 4 elements of Sales Effectiveness which is found in the very rough brochure that we put together in-house and have attached.
RbD is different from our competition in a few areas: 1/ Excellence in facilitation, the engagement of people in the learning experience which leads to personal transformation that drives organizational transformation. 2/ Integration of the 4 elements of sales effectiveness in program design that is developed specifically for the client and incorporates legacy programs and works with their culture. 3/ Access to and delivery of a uniquely broad spectrum of intellectual property in an industry where most competitors are tied to a very limited set of intellectual property, called "Materials" or "content". 4/ Virtual enablement tools that liberate users from the limitations of paper and allow effective team work in the management of information and knowledge in the work of sales - especially long cycle, high value and complex sales in large accounts.
Our own thinking is that the triangle (or the triangle with the 4 included triangles) is a key design element. In our own imagination, we see a kind of circle or orbit (the rings around saturn?) that goes around the triangle signifying a conected and integrated approach. The ring mght be a few key words form our position statement, a slogan etc.
Our Market position statement is: "You will reach higher business results through the integration of People, Skill, Knowledge and Process.
We engage the heart and mind of each individual and effect change with your whole business to support revenue generation."
Some consultants are about cost containment. We are about revenue generation - sales for commercial organizations, and funding for public organizations.
Our clients tend to be corporations over $5billion in sales, although we have some clients as small as $200million.
We are leading edge - current and informed by neurobiology and the brilliant advances happening in the understanding of human nature.
