How superserioussoftware started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Super Serious Software
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We spend more time than we usually care to admit gingerly crafting software with a sense of humor.
We create quirky products and never pass up a chance for a seriously good laugh.
If we had to pick a mantra, it would probably look a lot like "seriously good software, seriously bad jokes".
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Nice level of tasteful and friendly branding
Colors are great and I respect the minimalism
Great level of cute yet professional
Definitely on the "more serious" end of the spectrum but I like the architecture nature of it.
The geometric pattern is beautiful and minimal
Love the simplicity and clean feeling
Good balance of cartoon-ish fun but still very usable as a corporate logo
Fun, quirky, and simple.
Honestly, we hope someone has fun with our logo. The perfect image will capture our serious side as well as our not-so-serious side.
Although our default behavior is closer to shennigans than to formal attire, we hope to see designs that are fun and quirky without being too childish.
Our brains are better at architecting code than making things pretty so feel free to use your artist expertise however you see fit. Pretty much all colors are fair game.
Some symbols/images that resonate with us include clouds, bowties, fake noses/mustaches, split bananas, funny floppy disks, crazy usb cords and dunce caps. These are not mandatory. We are fond of them but we are even fonder of the idea that the winning design will be original and something our poor engineering brains could never have dreamed of without seeing it first.
