I created a private holding corporation named after my two young children for asset acquisition, future estate planning purposes, and future investment properties. For posterity and for the legacy I want to leave for my children.

Kael is the nickname name of my son. I wanted it to sound Hawaiian, as I grew up in Honolulu. (Taken after Superman - Ka'lel.)
My daughter's name is Kaile Daenerys. In Hawaiian, Kai means 'ocean'. Kaile was also born in the Chinese year of the water dragon... thus Daenerys from the Games of Throne character, Daenerys Targaryan - 'The Mother of Dragons'.
Thus Kael Daenerys Holdings, Corp. was conceptualised and registered in the Philippines. A legacy company I want to leave for my children investing in real estate and other assets.
