We had been looking for a designer who could handle the work of our design for a while now. We were starting to lose hope and tried 99designs. We started to receive some good designs finally, nothing necessarily matching our expectations, but good work regardless. Dexterous submitted a concept and we knew this was going to be the design we worked with until the end. He flawlessly executed our requested corrections and exceeded our needs/criteria for this design.
We needed work that was going to appeal to the audience it was meant for. It may even reach out past that audience with how well it came out. I have received multiple compliments on his work so far from those who would and wouldn't purchase our product. I'm not sure how well Dexterous does work outside of the gaming realm of design, but if you need a design centered around gaming/cartoons, then this is surely the designer for you.
We appreciate your work Dexterous! We hope to work with you again for other company logos/designs.

How thecalloftheroad started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
The Call of the Road
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Call of the Road is an adventure motorcycle lifestyle brand that tells stories through photos, short films, vlogs, and blogs with the aim of inspiring the desire for adventure in others. Most often this is told by me (and occasionally my wife) via my adventures on my Ducati Multistrada. I aim to be truthful, straightforward, and humble in my approach to traveling and meeting others in my adventures. My brand appeals to anyone of motorcycle riding age (roughly 20 - 70 years old) and both men and women. Generally my followers' interests skew towards motorcycles, the outdoors, craft beer, technology, travel, and festivals and they are located all over the world with the highest percentage residing in North America.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Travel & Hotel
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I'm hoping for a logo that is circular (perhaps vaguely suggesting a motorcycle wheel) and something that says adventure. I have created a pinterest board for this project here: https://www.pinterest.com/callofthe…spiration/
You'll see there, I like the classic colors of the Indian Motorcycle logo as well as the old Ringling logo (which is also circular), and my choice of red, yellow, & black reflects the colors of the road and my bike. Thank you in advance for your efforts in this!
