You can replace that by an icon (simple, does not need to be a heart) What: No nonsense mindfulness, into bite-sized chunks. No fuss, let's help each other. Conscious life in a way that it fits into our lives. Not to wait cross-legged on a cushion until something happens. Mainstream mindfulness. How: Via a blog where we share experiences, mindfulness exercises, tunes, good food or other fun things that help us in being no nonsense mindful. And ofcourse, occasionally just a spontaneous smile on a tough moment, it works! Nothing more, nothing less. For who: Voor those who want to be sober zen.
