I knew right when I found Amanda and invited her to participate in my contest that her style would pair well with my concept. I knew from her initial creation that she would be the clear winner. Her designs were inspiring, her responses were prompt and assuring and her final product was a hole-in-one! Thank you, Amanda. I hope to work with you again soon.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a bridal studio for the modern hipster bride. We believe in romance, true love and commitment. We are not about 'Cinderella Princesses' and we welcome non-traditional brides. We are a bridal studio offering, bridal gowns, brides maid dresses, groom accessories, custom invitations, wedding planning.
Our brides come in all shapes, sizes and ages - what they have in common is that they want to look pretty on their wedding day, but most importantly they want to be true to themselves and their own spirit. We don't define who is a couple and who is not. We are about two people who love each other and want to declare this love to friends and family as they choose.
Our brand is pushing up against the old, fantasy clad, 'rule' driven traditional wedding industry that has been commoditizing and cajoling people for years. We are real people who love love and want to help make our clients weddings as remarkable as they are. And we will do this with an Upper East Side sophistication wrapped around a little Soho grit.

We are looking for a new logo to evolve our current bridesmaid business (shopandsomethingblue.com). The logo development is only the first step in our evolution. We expect to hire the winner of this contest to use the logo as the basis for developing the following, but not limited to: business cards, outdoor signage (awnings), letterhead/invoices, hang tags for merchandise, website pages/tabs (no programming, just visually).
