Logo for a line of scarves that are made from recycled& repurposed vintage Saris.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Salvation Sewn is a startup with our first product being a line of silk and cotton scarves made from recycled vintage saris. These Saris are collected by us from villages in India, sorted, repaired, and repurposed into fun and colorful patchwork scarves. We need a logo that is visually appealing and communicates the recycled-green-planet friendly benefits , as well as the sewn nature of the product itself. Our target market is female 15-40 and the product is casual and hip. By hip, I mean in the company of designer jeans and looks found at places like Lucky Brand Jeans, Urban Outfitters, or revolveclothing.com.
- Must have
- 1) The words "Salvation Sewn"
- 2) A stylized recycle symbol (arrows). For example, perhaps with stitching around the edges. All ideas welcome.
- 3) The tagline "Recycled Vintage Saris"
- 4) Must be usable on website, letterhead, hangtags, and on a small recycled silk pouch that the scarves will be packaged in. The pouch will be approximately 4 inches tall by 3 inches wide.
