Work here in the Philippines in collaboration with existing and renowned associations who have in-depth knowledge of their youth’s personal history and potential.
Meet a group of youngsters (coherent one with the same origins, history, follow up…) to imagine with them what they are dreaming to do and what they can do)
Begin the real activity including; marketing and sales skills, logistics, purchase, administration process, accountings, client’s relationships.
Every action is prepared, done and analyze together to see how it can be improved.
When problems occur, they need to find a solution together.
Weekly allowances to all workers which enable them to pay for their transportation, food, hygiene, grooming and lodging if necessary.
