My Energy Matters
We’re a new Green Energy Jobs and Green Energy Education/Training company. We are initially offering Government Agencies in the field of Weatherization the opportunity to advertise their new job openings on our website. In addition to that, we will have opportunities to advertise courses for learning new skills in the field of Green Energy. What will make us different from other job board companies is our ability to link the experience of looking for Green Energy Jobs with the acquisition of new knowledge and skills to make workers better educated, and more skilled in their respective Green Energy jobs. Our company is looking for a brand new logo to be designed that will encompass our identity of being the premier Green Energy Jobs and Green Energy Education/Training web portal.
Government Agencies that specialize in providing Green Energy jobs and Green Energy Education / Training.
I addition to the Government Agencies, individuals seeking educational/training resources for gaining employment in the field of Green Energy will also be the market that we are attracting. These will essentially be former blue collar workers looking to change careers, and some recent graduates from college.
A logo to be designed that we can utilize in the creation of a brand new website, print collateral for advertisements, and apparel such as hats and shirts.
The logo should be created at a resolution of 300 DPI.
The green and blue color scheme used in the header of this website is the two primary colors that we would like to see used in the new logo: http://www.waptac.org/ However, we are open to additional colors being added for contrast.
We would like to see some type of moniker be included in the logo like the logo included with the “Organizing for America” brand found on this site: http://www.barackobama.com/index.ph…lash=false .
We like the way this moniker is combined with the words “ Organizing for America” but over time has been associated with those words enough, that it can stand along by itself as it does at the bottom of the website - much like the Nike swoosh.
We don’t want something just like this from a design perspective; instead we want our own developed. For instance we like the use of the sun, rain, snow, and wind figures in the logo on this site: http://www.waptac.org/ Any questions on this, please ask.
We are open to font styles, but prefer something similar to the font used in the “Organizing for America” logo on http://www.barackobama.com
