We're a couple of developers who got tired of having to register at tons of sites that all did the same thing. We built a web application that lets you communicate to friends, colleagues, and other sites from your own site. We're more interested in continued innovation from others than trying to get every possible dollar for it so the core library will be open source.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The target audience is literally everyone. Average people, like house wives, would love it because it's their site and they can completely personalize it. Businesses will use it to push news and products as they're launched to their subscribers. Anyone can use it to communicate with any other site built on 6d or implementing it's API. The closest thing to it is wordpress + pubsubhub in theory, except wordpress is a blogging application. This is a distributed social networking application that allows you to blog, post pics, put up a status, etc.; and it's setup to go to public or only to certain friends. However, like wordpress it's open-source and you can download it from us and installation your website. From there you find others who have it and send a friend request. Then any updates to your site, like adding a post, is sent immediately to anyone on your roster (friends list). So like I said the main idea behind it is creating a decentralized network of sites. If everyone downloads it we could all be six degrees from each other.
No requirements. We're coders not designers so show us what you got.
