JonoTech needed a new logo design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 78 designs submitted by 8 freelance designers.
15pics
In the Seattle area real estate agents are limited to 15 pictures in the multiple listing service, hence the name 15pics. Having great pictures brings more visibility to the listing, and hopefully results in a quicker transaction.
Real estate agents and homeowners who want a simple, reliable, photography service which produces outstanding images.
I need a nice clean logo that represents the company. I'd like there to be some sort of graphic element or mark that either represents photography, real estate, or both. I prefer more web 2.0 logo designs.
I haven't chosen any colors. I'd like to see some color combinations presented by the designers.
I will be developing the 15pics website and the logo will be used. The website will be nice and simple. Agents will have the ability to order a photo service on the website, and then they'll be able to download the resulting images from the website. The simplicity of the service will save agents time.
I really like the stackoverflow.com logo.
I like how both 37signals.com and 99designs.com incorporate the numbers into their brand. Only in our case 15pics literally is our product so the number will help agents remember the brand.
Another company that does somewhat similar real estate photography is:
http://seattle.vicaso.com/
It's possible I'd add a tag line as part of the logo. I'd like to see "Real Estate Photography" perhaps as a tag line.
I'd like to keep all the resulting files (PSD, vector, etc).
