Leverage Your Strengths
My coaching and consulting practice focuses on leadership development, career transitions executive skills and general life opportunities. My approach is to focus on leveraging your strengths through a process of positive discovery. Together we explore what makes your heart sing and gives your life energy. The process of discovery involves asking powerful questions that open our personal awareness of what we're thinking and feeling.
By focusing on your strengths we positively impact you're thinking. This creates a dynamic that shines light on your unique gifts.
The end result is forward momentum towards the positive, learning from past successes, opening doors and seeking what's good in life.
What we think, we act upon.
My desired audiences include:
People who want to make positive changes in their life and live with more joy in their everyday life.
Executives who need to leverage their organization's competitive strengths for the good of the company, employees, consumers and environment.
Executives who have lost their jobs or are in transition into a new role and are looking to leverage what they know, explore what they would like to achieve and are ready to take action.
People who can afford several hundred dollars for three months of 1-1 coaching. As well as if desired to go beyond the original three month contract.
Companies who are looking to leverage their employee talent. Investing in high performers allows companies to excel and add meaning and depth to their employees well being and productivity.
I want the look and feel of the logo to resonate clarity.
Leverage and strengths being the key words. I would like to somehow depict these words into the graphic of the logo.
The logo will appear on all types of mediums, print, visual, multimedia, so it is important for me to be able to scale it up and down.
I don't want to go the nature scene as I feel too many coaching and consulting websites/logos have already incorporated this into their overall design.
I prefer crisp, clean, not too busy...but bold and full of character.
Because I am targeting Fortune 1000 companies, executives and business people in career and life transitions--the design must convey a high level of sophistication and expertise.
Words like business savvy and forward momentum are phrases that depict the tone I want to convey.
