Rabbit Hole Marketing
I am an independent digital marketing and online business consultant, and the founder of the upcoming consultancy, Rabbit Hole Marketing.
The tag line that communicates our unique approach is "Context over Dogma to Boost Your Digital Influence" which we use to primarily help sophisticated thought leaders spread their positive ideas.
I pride myself on enabling my clients to unleash persuasive marketing campaigns that are elegant, and more importantly, authentic, by always taking into account context, and avoiding empty promises and hype.
Our primary clients are sophisticated thought leaders who are generally spiritually-inclined but seek to be practical.
Our secondary clients are up-and-coming brands, media outlets, and think-tanks and NGOs.
Basically, they are smart people who have great ideas and content to spread, but are overwhelmed with the staggering amounts of information out there on online marketing, and don't feel comfortable with many of the recommended hard-hitting hyped up marketing approaches out there.
They want to work with someone who can empathize with them, and guide them with enlightening insights catered to their unique contexts.
Hence, our name "Rabbit Hole Marketing," inspired by the story of Alice In Wonderland, which went on to inspire the film trilogy, The Matrix.
We are looking for a logo to represent "Rabbit Hole Marketing," and while it could be inspired, but only in a very subtle way, by a theme from The Matrix, it must be distinct and unique.
The colors of the logo should be in green, white, and black. Red can be used but lightly. The background should be black.
The text "Rabbit Hole Marketing" should be in a font that reads clearly, preferably with "Rabbit Hole" on one line, and "Marketing" in big font and on the next.
Optional: Include the tag line "Context over Dogma to Boost Your Digital Influence"
Here are some good examples of logos (starting with my most favorite):

The Ogilvy 360 Digital Influence logo is also interesting:

Here are the big "no no's" that you should avoid to get this right. Please, don't use cartoons, stock images, fancy curvy fonts, and anything that screams "New Age."
Again, the logo needs to be sophisticated, yet friendly, humble and welcoming. If anything, it needs to communicate relief and "the light at the end of the tunnel."
