Wisepreneur is an interactive online community where inventors, innovators, and experts share information to help entrepreneurs start and grow businesses. We try to take a thoughtful approach to suggest practical steps for business success. Wisepreneur is sort of a bridge from good ideas to the commercialization of those ideas. Our focus is on creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and also on having fun. In our view, using creativity and innovation to start a new business is a cool thing to do. Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our audience includes start-up entrepreneurs, small business owners, and consultants to entrepreneurs and small business owners. They are people who have enough information to write a business plan and who need to how to manage the innovation process.
New entrepreneurs visit to find ways to create a sustainable competitive advantage, and experienced business professionals come to find new ideas. Wisepreneur attracts people who are active, smart, and ready to get to work on a new product, service, or business concept.
We are very open to ideas for the logo design. The new logo should represent the three principles of the site: creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. We also want the design to express the “Entrepreneurial Spirit” that Wisepreneur supports.
The design might be based on the word “wise” because it is prominent in our name. This might work as long as the design has a fresh look. We want the logo to look unique and memorable.
We like the colors of grey, dark red, and black. It is OK to use other colors as long as they tie in to the overall website design. There are already some design elements on the website. We prefer the design be consistent with those elements, but we will change or modify those to match a particularly sharp-looking logo. More than likely we will want the logo on other items such as stationary and business cards so the logo should be created with that in mind.
I have uploaded a copy of the favicon we currently use in case anyone wants to incorporate something similar in their design.
