Alex (babakonda) was wonderful to work with. She was responsive to every suggestion, but tempered this with excellent thinking about what would work best for the design. The number of versions that Alex generated was prodigious - and I really appreciated this as well as the rapidity of her response to messages.
Alex also has the ability to receive ideas and to interpret these accurately. Clearly a fine, creative and sophisticated mind is at work here!
Anyone needing excellent design work and a range of great alternatives from which to choose will be happy with her work. I recommend Alex most highly and with no reservations - she deserves to thrive in this competitive field.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We want to appeal to women in the 18-49 year old demographic. So, modern, hip, fun, but also professional and marketable on a mainstream level.
We want a logo that will transfer easily across many different forms of media.
1. We want it to look professional, but also reflect our voice, which we would describe as hip, playful, fun and striking.
2. The project already has mainstream media ties, so it has to be unique and eye catching.
3. We want new and provocative but not raunchy. Must be marketable.
4. We have a magazine vibe, channeling a quirky and fun Cosmo, Glamour, etc.
The files we will require are:
