mweiss x got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Help Paul Get Elected To City Council
Check out mweiss x's Logo design contest…
Together a Better Hagerstown
Paul Corderman for City Council is the campaign for Paul Corderman - a resident of Hagerstown who is passionate about and committed to helping Hagerstown grow and thrive into the future.
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: No more than 3 colors (white plus two other colors) Greens: Growth, harmony and success. (Traffic Sign green, HEX 308446) Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication. Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
Is there a way to focus on the "C" in Corderman and the "C's" in City and Council - perhaps a way to tie those together? Would be interested to see some designs with this approach and would like to see designs with a more traditional yet Modern Bold approach. Also maybe a skyline of Hagerstown, MD in the logo (several building pictures below including city call). My Dad previously ran for office in the 70's. I would like to play off his color scheme (traffic sign green) and lettering with a more Modern twist. Attached are some photos of his old campaign materials. I do not want Democratic candidate listed or the 1st MD logo as these are not applicable. Also attached are two things we made up just playing around with colors and lettering.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at HK$2,399.

And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
