Need your help designing a distinct, simple deer/antler logo! This is for an "email blast" about deer hunting called "Deer Blaster". It is exciting, it is fun, it is different, it is for people who are very passionate about hunting deer. We are looking for a DISTINCT, simple logo incorporating a deer head and antlers OR just antlers. Please note that is is for a WHITETAIL deer -- NOT an elk, red stag, etc. Each type of animal looks different. If you incorporate a deer head, please do not make it look like a goat! Abstract deer heads sometimes look like goats. If you do not incorporate a head and only use antlers, the antlers have to be symmetrical and big -- not crazy big, but big. Google "trophy whitetail deer" for an idea, or we are including some images for your reference. The logo can be representational/abstract -- it does not have to be completely realistic. The bottom line is that it has to look different/distinct. We are looking for a logo that can have both vertical and horizontal orientations. Vertical means it can fit in a square space, like 600x600 pixels, and horizontal means it can spread over a space that is -- for example -- 600 pixels wide by 200 pixels high. The logo should be bold, simple, both classic and modern, and able to to be rendered in different sizes and colors without losing its power and distinctiveness. We want people to see it from far away and immediately know what it is. There are many, many deer-head logos so this is a challenge! The Deer Blaster audience is mostly male, and ages 12 to 60+. We will also need the font the wordmark is in, in case we want to add other words at some point. We uploaded some images and colors for inspiration, though you do NOT have to use anything you see there. The image with the canoe, which was designed by a designer here, is for COLOR reference only. Typical deer-hunting colors are fluorescent orange and browns/olives, but we want to stay away from those because they are overdone! That's all for now, please ask any questions!
Again, the logo included here is for a potential COLOR REFERENCE only. One color has to pop. Usually in deer hunting that's fluorescent orange, and you can use that color, but it's overused in the deer hunting market.
