Royalty/Revenue Interest Capital is a merchant bank that does two things: (1) represents companies to raise a special type of financing, "royalty/revenue interest" financing as an investment banker, and (2) has its own money in the form of a private equity fund which provides "royalty/revenue interest" financing.
