Great designer to work with. Outside the box thinking. Provided a concept that had not even entered my mind.
Unique design idea, good communication. Would like to work with him again at any time.
How anna_martin started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
All Corners (name doesn't necessarily need to be included in logo. Would be good to see versions both with and without).
What’s your company slogan?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Content creation and communications (film, TV, radio, online).
TA is international and culturally diverse. Clients are a mix of international organisations or NGO's (e.g. UN, Save the Children), government agencies, corporate brands (ManCity, Nike) or channels (BBC, Al Jazeera). The personality of the logo should be stylish & contemporary but simple and somewhat 'official' too.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Symmetrical. Simple. Its not so unique which isn't great.
Alongside free interpretations from designers, I'd be keen for people to acknowledge these creative points;
1. The name 'All Corners' comes from the phrase 'all four corners of the world' and is intended to show that the company is global, working worldwide. I'd be keen to see logos that may make reference to globes, circles etc as apposed to literal corners. Note: This shouldn't feel too corporate (like a courier company).
2. The company originated in the city of Erbil, Iraq. The ancient city was built up around a central citadel giving its current day map an interesting circular (& also linear) function (ref attached). I do not wish to make reference to history, or the citadel, but find the lap layout interesting. Inclusion of this element could be a nice nod to where the company started but should not feel to random to those who are not aware of this.
