How Scott Fallows started their logo design journey
Sunny Oaks Community
I am the owner of a small affordable housing company that is working diligently to turn a neglected and troubled manufactured housing community (in Jacksonville, Florida) into a charming picturesque place with a strong sense of place and connectedness among its residents. Three nearby properties make up the one community. "Sunny Oaks" is a new name for that community which was previously known as "the Shady Oaks Mobile Home Park", the "Briarwood Mobile Home Park" and Trout River Mobile Home Park.". There are beautiful well-established Laurel Oaks on the properties.
We hope for the brand "Sunny Oaks Community" is that it will be synonymous with value, charm, safety and community.
