These designs were not what we had expected. They exceeded our expectations and sent our branding in a much better direction.

Great job! Love it! Thanks again :)
c.madeleine did a wonderful, professional job. I'm very happy with her work and communication level. I'll keep her in mind if I ever need a logo in the future. Thanks, c.madeleine!
How Plang1 started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We make skirts that are worn over ski pants for women (think plaid school-girl pleated skirts that are adjustable to fit different sizes of women), and fun (tutu type) skirts for skiing, running, cheering on your favorite team (in team colors) that can be worn by men or women. (My first customer for the fun line was a man who wanted a pink, purple and green tutu for a Rotary ski event on the mountain in Colorado.)
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
The first part of Skirtz is capitalized to highlight the SKI part (which is the main part of the line - the other has been an offshoot) We were thinking of plain text, or with a simple graphic - the first thought was a 50's style woman dark silhouette with a colorful skirt....but that was just a thought (then I had someone say that since men wanted the skirts, we shouldn't use a woman). ??? The demographics for the ski skirts are skiiers/boarders (obviuosly) who probably have extra money. The skirts for sporting events would be typical fans who just want to add a little whimsy to their day. Our slogan: Fun collides with fashion. It doesn't need to be incorporated in the logo.
