I am very very happy to have been able to work with Leticia by 99 designs. Even though she is in Mexcio and I am in Europe, her responance and supportiveness could not have been any better. Leticia came up with a number of different ideas throughout the contest and was also super fast and reactive in all feedback from my end. thanks to her I found the logo of my dreams - and I can only highly recommend this super talented design artist to anybody!!
How Fiona.adler started their logo design journey
WOMO - Word Of Mouth Online
WOMOW stands for Word Of Mouth On the Web and it's a website where businesses can promote themselves with word-of-mouth and consumers can find businesses that provide great service. We are Australia's leading website for customer reviews and recently won the MyBusiness Award for best start-up in Australia.
We are changing the name to be "WOMO - Word-of-mouth Online". We will also be redesigning the website to have a more modern feel. We need a new logo for the name change, but also to look more modern, as well as edgy, fun and trustworthy.
There will probably be extra ongoing work for the winning designer (including designing badges for businesses using WOMO to highlight their reviews etc).
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are targeting both consumers (skewed towards females, 20-50 years old that are looking for businesses with good reviews), as well as small business owners (everything from hairdressers, to tradespeople, to professional services, to restaurants etc) that are looking to market their business with word-of-mouth.
Must be predominantly bright orange in colour (we currently use #FF8E1D).
Must incorporate tagline - Word-of-mouth Online
We would like a solid logo that is friendly / approachable (more rounded than current?)
Must be very easy to read.
Must work in black and white and also reversed versions.
Might incorporate stars and/or speech bubbles (or other elements that reflect reviews or word-of-mouth).
