About us
Beverage company focused on customization of cocktail mixers like tonic, ginger beer and essences. We're also a beverage consulting company educating the hospitality world on the craft of the cocktail. The difference with Drinks Apothecary is the science behind it all. Think cocktail tools alongside laboratory tools. I think about drinks apothecary like beakers and graduated cylinders filled with natural botanicals. We're taking the world of science (extractions) and bringing them to life in beverages.
