The target audience for this logo are brand managers and marketing managers at major consumer brands (e.g. Coke, Ford, Nike, etc.).
Following are requirements and guidance.
-- The logo is for Influentials.net.
-- The logo must use the same or similar font as the attached logo. (The attached logo is our parent company.) We're open to trying all upper case, all lower case, or capitalized. But we're most likely going to want all upper case for the word "Influentials", then maybe the ".net" is lower case. Regardless, we're flexible on this.
-- The logo must use the _exact same_ three required colors as the attached logo. Dark blue and light blue are the two dominant colors, and red is the accent color. (Dark blue should probably be more dominant than light blue, and red is the least dominant.) Another minor accent color that is allowed (but not required) is a light gray.
-- Other than the two requirements above, we do _not_ want the logo to be like the attached logo. This means that we do _not_ want the logo to use the red "swoosh" symbol that is in the parent company logo. We're not looking for a "versioning" or an "imitation" of the parent company logo.
