ACE (Aesthetic Continuing Education)
Dr Shannon's dental practice focuses on aesthetic restorative dentistry - basically beautiful healthy smiles. Through his study club - ACE - he shares his knowledge and skill to mentor other dentists so they too experience clinical success. He is an accredited member of the AACD (http://www.aacd.com) and lectures throughout the world. Other study clubs include http://www.lviglobal.com (an institute) and other dentists who offer study clubs http://www.ptifa.com (local dentists offering botox courses to dentists). He is youngish - 47 - and open to sharing his experience. We want a personality of knowledge and giving to come across - He wants you to be successful!
The target audience is dentists who are practicing in primarily BC but the reach can extend as far as possible.
Dentists are conservative by nature but that needs to be shaken up because the world is more interesting. We would love this logo to POP! without offending the profession of dentistry.
Mandatories would be that the logo be ACE and room to put the meaning of the acronym - Aesthetic Continuing Education. If the meaning can be incorporated into the logo without looking too busy - perfect! Colors to avoid would be red. Look at Dr. Shannon's webite to get a sense of his brand personality http://www.dr-shannon.com and ACE should make sense to the Dr. Shannon brand. ACE will be promoted to dentists by email, web, and printed material.
This is a side business that could grow into a bigger business. We want dentists to see the ACE brand and feel that they must take any courses that are offered through ACE. I have attached Dr. Shannon's logo and some examples of past ACE brochures, which do not have a logo but we want to move forward. The url http://www.acestudyclub.com can be incorporated into the logo.
