Millennium Park Business Center
we have a small space - around 6000 s.f. near Millennium Park in downtown Chicago. We focus on providing a complete work environment for small businesses, start-ups and national corp's needing satellite space. We will have a "virtual" space and hot-desking - reserve the space for an hour, a day, a month, a year. Furnished and equipped and building a small business community through special events (jellies, meetups, etc.) Come in, sit down, get to work! Reasonable pricing in great space.
Business start-ups - 1 to 3 people
Young urban professionals (25 to 40)
Creatives: writing, graphic design, fashion (across from Macy's)
Techies: bloggers, IT support firms
Small law offices
Accountants
Attorneys who need a downtown office address
Most of our client base will be male. More real estate related and less about "park" atmosphere. Looking for more block-type letters vs. script. We are located in the Garland Building which is a landmark building - view http://www.garlandbuilding.com for images. Still - looking to attract young urban professionals (between 25 and 40) - the garland website is a little stodgy for our target market. Atmosphere will be vibrant, professional, active. Trying to build a community vibe. No muted colors (mauve, olive, taupe are out) but no "cobalt and orange" combination either. The attached flyer is our amateur attempt to get started.
