Who are you known as?
Collective Marketing + Communications
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We provide marketing, communications, public relations and advertising services primarily to the public sector. Our passion is connecting government entities with the public they support, allowing the public to have a voice in projects (like transportation) that have direct impacts to their community and daily lives. We chose the name Collective to signify a collective, shared interest, voice and community group. Our focus will be transportation and infrastructure projects, but we'd like to support all different kinds of government entities. Also, we don't want to preclude private sector work, so it can't be too focused on the public sector. Some examples of things we do are communicate to the public about a transportation project happening nearby. We communicate the benefits of the project, let them know about traffic impacts, use flyers and other tools to reach out to them, hold public meetings, act as liaison between public and their elected officials, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: Collective Marketing + Communications is the full name of the firm. Marketing and Communications bear the same weight and need to be proportioned the same. Collective can bear more weight in the type, but Marketing and Communication must be the same. There should also be a + sign between them. We do both services.
I'm a female business owner in a male dominated industry - transportation. As much as I lean towards more feminine colors and whimsical/artistic designs, I want to exude maturity, sophistication and have the logo appeal to both men and women. I'd be interested in seeing both type heavy/centric and logos with a mark.
