We use real-time social data to help call center agents to learn about the customer they are assisting and better personalize the service they provide to them.

Thanks for helping to create a logo for our exciting new company. We are open to your creative ideas on how to convey our company's goal of using social data to provide a more personalized experience when you call support lines.  When designing the logo, please don't make call centers the primary focus as the social media element of our company is more important (you can incorporate call center and social into the logo but only if it won't be too busy).  We are also open to a text only logo.  Thanks for your help and we look forward to seeing your magnificent designs.
