Maz did an awesome job of taking my comments and refining the design so I got exactly what I needed. She was very helpful in the handover phase as well, which was very important as I am not very computer or graphics savvy.
She made a gorgeous design for me. I would also add that my logo is not particularly similar to other ones that I saw in her portfolio, so give her a chance even if her portfolio doesn't have designs that appeal to you--she appears to be particularly able to work out what you want and deliver a great product.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We sell jewelry primarily to women. Our target audience includes young women and men, hipsters, brides and bridesmaids. Also I am not sure about the necessity of a slogan. I have nothing in mind currently.

Logo types to explore

Feel free to stray away from my tree idea. I am not a designer. I am hoping you will come up with something I never could have dreamed up on my own. So far I have found very classic, legible fonts with minimally obtrusive adornments, most appealing. Also I am looking for an oval shaped logo that can be put on natural Kraft boxes size 3 1/16 x 2 1/8 inches.
Thank you. Best of Luck!
