Create the next logo for LMG Construction

LMG is a small business construction company that does large scale military projects as well as works as a plumbing subcontractor. We are based in Kansas City, MO but work across the country. Our target audience is the federal governement / military as well as local and national developers and general contractors. I have included more information for the designers below.

I started LMG Construction in 2008 and have been fortunate to see it grow even during tough economic times. I created our initial logo but we are ready for something new. LMG is a small business construction company that does large scale military projects as well as works as a plumbing subcontractor. I would like to see logos with a mark and know why you designed what you designed. Hopefully there is a way for the designers to let me know the history or feeling behind the font, color, design, mark, brand, spacing, ect. I have looked at a lot of logos and it has become a tough and emotional decision, hence I'm looking for some content behind the design. I'm open to color selection and all ideas. Please let me know what other information I can provide. I want somethign that stands out. Looks good on the side of a truck or trailer as well as looks good on a website and business card. We are small but high profile and I work hard on business development and marketing. We promote honesty, hard work, vision, dedication, quality, customer service, attention to detail and innovation. We are based in Kansas City, MO but work across the country.
