Logo types to explore
Please try to incorporate the following in a combination:A marshmallow flower: http://www.flowerspictures.org/image/flowers/marshmallow/thumbs/marshmallow-flower-and-leaf.jpg A lavender stalk: http://www.susunweed.com/images/herb-lavender2sm.jpg Turmeric root: http://www.mokshalifestyle.com/uploads/TurmericRoot.jpg A few small blueberries: bit.ly/1l66zcc a Sunflower and only if it fits, a traditional herb grinder (optional) Why so many different herbs and plants? Because for patients with chronic disease, it requires more than just 1 herb to alleviate the pain. Why was this contest extended? As a first time contest holder, the contest was not originally blinded. I was getting a lot of generic designs and designs that copied the generic designs, of which I did not know were generic. It was not until the last day of the contest a kind designer let me know about the generic logos being used, and I requested to extend the design contest. The first 100 or so entries can be summarized as "2 leaves over various letters" designs. Only after about 120 or so entries did the contest become blind and I am actually seeing different designs. I don't think this company deserves a generic logo. I am really looking for an illustration of the herbs such that it can be by itself, without text. See the nestle design for example, the birds in the nest without the text is memorable, and the text itself too.
