We are dedicated to Equipping the Missionary Forces of the Evangelical Church to Serve the Spanish Speaking World
Learn Spanish in Costa Rica at a language school with over 65 years of experience that specializes in programs for Christian missionaries, pastors, church groups and college students.
People wanting to learn Spanish in a native speaking environment with native speaking instructors.
More specifically people living in the USA or Canada who desire to work in missions in Latin America.
1. Families with children (ILE is one of the few schools in Central America with a school for children in English and has Spanish classes)
2. College Students (many times college students can get credit from their university if they study here)
3. Retired people making a second career in missions to Latin America
The priority is to those aged 20-35, since a new fresh image will influence this age group the most.
Fresh and simple
Not important, but ability to use in Black and White or one color is important
Logo should contain:
A separate logo, then text of the name…
Aspects of Costa Rica which will be recognized by the target group, these can be:
Nature, Forest, Beaches, Volcanoes, Wildlife, Flowers, etc…
The name: “The Spanish Language Institute” and should be able to substitute “Instituto de Lengua Española”
Notes that might be helpful, this is from the newsletter:
Costa Ricans think of their country as “el Puente”, or “the bridge” between North and South America. The Spanish Language Institute in San Jose, Costa Rica, is a bridge for missionaries on their way to the Spanish-speaking communities where they are preparing to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ, the bridge between God and His people.

** It is very important that the logo is unique for Costa Rica, since it will need to be trademarked here.
Must designed in Adobe Illustrator CS4, but no later then CS2
All fonts used must be included
Two Files must be submitted one with the fonts outlined and one just before fonts are converted to outline.
