JetJaw lets businesses to gather feedback from customers using surveys that are optimized for EVERY mobile device. Our smart technology detects the device that each person uses to access the survey on the internet on their mobile device. Then, the perfect version of the survey is displayed on their device. From basic flip phones to smartphones to full computers...it doesn't matter what device respondents use, our surveys render perfectly on all of them.
Before JetJaw, people had to wait to get back to their office or home to fill out a survey on a laptop or desktop computer. With JetJaw, they can fill out surveys wherever they are. JetJaw surveys are convenient, immediate, short, fast, and allow the business to provide an onsite incentive to the respondent for filling out the survey (such as a free dessert at a restaurant).
The value JetJaw provides to businesses is that we help improve their relationship with their customers, which leads to more revenue. We do this by helping them get: 1. more feedback 2. richer, accurate feedback 3. immediate feedback.
Our target customers are small and medium businesses who have consumers coming to their physical location (like a restaurant or a clothing store). We also expect large businesses to use JetJaw to allow their mobile workforce to gather information while in the field (like mystery shoppers, district managers, and field merchandisers).
JetJaw is fun to say, but we don't want to be viewed as silly. We want these businesses to view JetJaw as a fun company that delivers serious value.
We need a creative logo that will help establish our value and identity on our website and business cards. Please capitalize both J's in JetJaw. The website will have a simple, clean look, so we need a logo that reflects this. The focus of the logo should be the typeface, but should include something simple to make it unique. If you include an icon to go with the typeface, then keep it simple. As for color, we generally like blue, but are certainly open to other colors. However, please try not to use more than 3 colors in the logo.

The name JetJaw comes from:
1. Jets are both mobile and fast. JetJaw surveys are mobile and don't take long to complete. When people need to leave, they may say "I've gotta jet."
2. Jaw signifies talking or sharing information. JetJaw is enabling customers to share their feedback.
We don't want any clipart, gradients, or shadows.
Upon contest completion, we need both color and black/white versions of the logo in each of these 4 formats: .eps, .ai, .png, and an RGB transparent .gif. The .png and .gif files must be 600dpi.
