Cinema Talloires is a small village cinema run by volunteers. The cinema is located in the centre of Talloires village in the French Alps on beautiful Lake Annecy. With approximately one screening a week films are often shown in their original language with french subtitles, or are french language films.
We try to appeal to all age ranges and offer a cheaper, more friendly, personal cinema experience than the larger chain cinemas. A large proportion of our clients have now reached retirement age, however we are also trying to attract the many non french speaking tourists that visit the region as well.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Entertainment & The Arts

I like the cat and the leaf however I find the text hard to read.
I like the simple clean look of this logo and the fact it is easy to read
I really like this logo the bird is great and instantly makes sense with the brand name.
Talloires is a small village in the french alps. It is renowned for being on Lake Annecy and has a beautiful bay. Swans are part of the village logo (see Talloires Lac Annecy Logo) and can often be seen on the lake. We are imagining a logo that plays on the mountain / lake location, swans, as well as being a cinema. The surrounding mountains are known as les Dents de Lanfon and La Tournette.
We need a logo that works equally well in black and white as it does in colour as all our programmes are printed in black and white. The logo will also be used on our website, newsletter, and facebook pages. The logo should be easy to read for the older generation and be easily recognisable as a cinema from a distance.
We would really like a logo that can be separated, text from icon so the icon can be used standalone for various things. We love logos that have an icon above or to the left of the text. We also love logos that play on the big font little font idea.
