Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
With MemberMouse, we are targeting seasoned internet marketers who sell multiple products and run many large membership site and first time internet marketers, hobbyists and entrepreneurs who have a product or some knowledge to sell and just need one, small membership site.
All customers are interested in ease-of-use, professionalism and trust. They are looking for an established, tested and easy-to-use solution. They're also looking for a community and company branding that is fun and inviting not one that seems super rigid, uptight and stuffy.
This logo is both a mascot and the text for MemberMouse. I'd like to be able to use the mascot and text together, mascot only, text only and just the head of the mascot.
I will refer to MailChimp a lot as an example as what I'm looking for. It's pretty much exactly the kind of feeling I want to accomplish so when in doubt see what they do (http://www.mailchimp.com/about/brand-guide).
For the text logo, I'm looking for something that can stand alone and be somewhat iconic. It should be professional and a dash of fun (not over-the-top). I like the colors blue or green, whichever goes better with the mascot. When you read the details for the mascot you'll also get a better idea of how the text portion should feel.
For the mascot design, I've attached a file with details for what I'm looking for and styles that I like.
